艺术兴学:高师人才培养的新模式——以桂林师专原创音乐剧《心中的刘三姐》为例

摘　　要：艺术教育对于促进大学生全面发展,提高人文素养,增强创新意识和能力具有不可替代的作用。因此,高师院校应大力开展艺术教育,注重美育,开展艺术教育品牌工程建设,全面提高学生综合素质。桂林师专原创的大型民族音乐剧《心中的刘三姐》以艺术方式实践艺术兴学的办学理念,在改革人才培养模式上建立了自己的品牌工程。Arts education has an irreplaceable role in promoting the all-round development of college students,improving their humanistic accomplishment and enhancing their awareness and capacity of innovation.Therefore,normal universities and colleges should carry out the artistic education vigorously,pay great attention to the aesthetic education,and launch the construction of the arts education brand so as to improve the students＇ overall quality comprehensively.The ethnic musical ＂Liu Shanjie in Heart＂,created by Guilin Normal College,puts the idea of rejuvenating the college by art into practice,and establishes its own brand in the reform of the personnel training mode.
