摘 要:以Q235中厚板T型坡口焊接为例,借助ANSYS软件平台实现了APDL参数化编程,采用有效措施力求分析的准确性和有效性,对水下局部干法焊接和冷却温度变化动态过程进行模拟分析,得到水下局部干法焊接试件温度场的变化情况和分布规律。水下试验的成本高,周期长,通过模拟分析节约了试验费用,节省了试验周期,为焊接应力应变的准确分析奠定了基础,同时对水下局部干法焊接工艺具有重要的指导意义。Underwater welding temperature field directly influences tile improvement of the quality.Taking T-type welding of Q235 Middle-thit.kness tbr an example,the temperature distribution model of Underwater welding was established,and the temperature field during the wehling process wits simulated by ANSYS software.In analysis,some effective measures were taken to ensure solution convergence and accurate result.With APDL language of ANSYS software programming,the temperature dislribution and variation of local dry underwater welding was analyzed during the welding process.With the help of simulation analysis,experimental expense and testing cycle were saved,and the foundalion was laid for accurate analysis of the welding stress and strain in the future.which has important guiding signilieance to underwater welding technology.
