摘　　要：针对CO2焊接过程中飞溅大、成型差,TIG焊中熔深浅、效率低等问题,开发了一种新型的焊接磁控装置,其主电路采用全桥式双逆变结构,并利用软启动电路防止浪涌电流,保护功率开关管;采用MSP430F449单片机产生一次和二次逆变的数字信号实现PWM控制以及整机的过电流、过热保护等功能,大幅提高设备的稳定性。实验表明该电磁搅拌装置具有调节方便、电磁干扰小、波形一致性好、励磁电流调节精度高等特点,可广泛应用于TIG焊、MIG焊、CO2气体保护焊等多种焊接方法的电磁控制。Aiming at the shortages of low inferior qualily of C02 welding such as spatter and poor weld formation and low efficiency of TIG wehting such as smaller deposition,a new type of magnetron controlled welding equipment was successfully developed,in which a main circuit of a structure of dual full bridge inverter structure was included.A soft-starting circuit was applied to avoid the surge current and safeguard the power switch.A MSP430F449 chip was used to produce primary and secondary inverter signal,which permitted the PWM control technology and inhibitory action on overheating and over current.As a result,the stability of the equipment was improved by a large margin.The test showed that the electromagnetic stirring device had many good features, including an easy regulation,a smaller electromagnetic interference,a neat waveform and a high accuracy regulation of field current,which prevent a widely use for TIG welding, MIG welding and CO2 welding.
