摘  要:利用光学显微镜对4 mm厚的铝合金和紫铜搅拌摩擦焊焊缝进行研究。结果表明:搅拌针旋转速度1 050 r/min,焊接速度40 mm/min,5A06铝板在前进侧,T2铜板作为返回侧进行施焊时,焊缝成形质量较好,两种材料混合均匀,有致密的塑性形变流线组织,焊核区组织呈层状结构分布,没有缺陷产生。同时在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行了电化学腐蚀研究,动电位极化曲线测试表明,与母材相比,偏铝侧热机械影响区和热影响区自腐蚀电位比较低,自腐蚀电流大,对腐蚀有较强的敏感性,易发生腐蚀现象。Microstructure behavior is examined of welds of A1/Cu Dissimilar Metals plate of 4 mm in thickness prepared by Friction stir wehting,the results indicated that the weld appearance quality is benign,and the two materials are mixed with each other,and the streamline structure resulted from plastic deformation is compact,and defect is prevented by rotation speed 1 050 r/min ,traverse speed 40 ram/rain and 5A06 alloy in the advancing side and T2 plate in the retreating side.Electrochemical corrosion resistance is researched in 3.5% sodium chloride solution.Anodie polarization curves reveal that tile corrosion potential of thermo-mechanically affected zone and heat affected zone of approaching to 5A06 alloy,which corrosion potential are lower and corrosion current are higher compared with basic materials are sensitive to eorrosion, and tend toward to corrosion phenomena.
