摘  要:通过改变焊接工艺参数研究了低碳钢激光-MAG焊接头的热循环曲线。实验结果表明,随着激光功率的增加,焊接为深熔焊,焊缝中心和下部热影响区的峰值温度、升温速率和到达峰值温度的时间增加,焊缝上部热影响区的温度升高;随着电弧电流的增加,焊缝的峰值温度和升温速率增加,到达峰值温度的时间增加;随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝的峰值温度和升温速率减小,到达峰值温度的时间减小。The change of process parameters influences of the thermal cycle curve of low carbon steel laser-MAG welding joints was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the laser power.welding became the deep penetration,peak temperature of weht center and lower of heat affected zone,heating rate and the time of peak temperature increased,the temperature of the welding heat affected zone rose; with the increase of the are current,the peak of temperature of welding sea,n and heating rate increased,the time of peak temperatnre increased;with the increase of welding speed,the peak temperature of welding seam and heating rate decreased, and the time to peak temperature decreased.
