元代宣慰司的边疆演化及军政管控特点

摘　　要：元朝的宣慰司创设于蒙元时期,经历了一个由内地向边疆的演化过程,在元代中后期突出分布于西南边疆。元朝西南边疆宣慰司是边疆军政管控机构,其长官宣慰使均兼都元帅或管军万户等军事职衔,负责对西南少数民族的军事招讨和管控,形成了符合西南边疆少数民族社会经济特点的特殊的管理模式,并在西南边疆承担着军事镇戍、屯田、保障交通和疆域开拓重任,为元代西南边疆的稳定和发展作出了重要贡献。Xuanwei Office was established in the Yuan dynasty and first in the interior land and then in the borderland, playing a key role in southwest China in the middle and late period of the Yuan dynasty. Xuanwei Office was the military and political institution in the borderland of southwest China and in charge of the control of the minority groups as well as other civil and military affairs, which was an efficient management model for the stability and development of the minority groups in southwest China in those days.
