子宫内膜样癌中Smad4和TGF-β1表达的关系及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测子宫内膜样癌中Smad4和TGF-β1的表达情况,关注不同临床病理特征中二者的表达关系及意义。方法:110例子宫内膜样癌标本作为观察组,50例正常子宫内膜组织作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学方法检测Smad4和TGF-β1的表达水平,探讨Smad4和TGF-β1在不同临床病理特征中的表达关系。结果:Smad4在观察组中的表达水平明显低于对照组,TGF-β1在观察组中的表达水平明显高于对照组;观察组中Smad4和TGF-β1的表达水平均与子宫内膜样癌的肌层浸润深度、Ki67的表达水平及淋巴结转移密切相关;子宫内膜样癌中Smad4和TGF-β1之间的表达呈负相关。结论:子宫内膜样癌中Smad4和TGF-β1异常表达,与子宫内膜样癌的发生、发展关系密切,联合检测Smad4和TGF-β1可能对判断预后有一定意义。Objective：To detect the expressions of Smad4 and TGF-β1 in endometrioid carcinoma,and pay close attention to the relationship between them and the significances in different clinicopathological characteristics.Methods：A total of 110 samples of endometrioid carcinoma were selected as observation group,and 50 samples of normal endometrium were selected as control group,immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of Smad4 and TGF-β1,the relationship between Smad4 and TGF-β1 in different clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results：The expression level of Smad4 in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group,while the expression level of TGF-β1 in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group;in observation group,the expression levels of Smad4 and TGF-β1 were closely correlated with depth of myometrial invasion,expression level of Ki67,and lymph node metastasis;there was a negative correlation between Smad4 expression and TGF-β1 expression in endometrioid carcinoma.Conclusion：The abnormal expressions of Smad4 and TGF-β1 in endometrioid carcinoma were closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrioid carcinoma,joint detection of Smad4 and TGF-β1 may have a certain significance for predicting prognosis.
