补肾活血中药在克罗米芬促排卵周期中对子宫内膜容受性及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血药在PCOS患者的CC/HMG/HCG促排卵周期中对子宫内膜容受性及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将60例PCOS不孕患者随机分为两组:戊酸雌二醇组(对照组)29例,60个周期;补肾活血药联合戊酸雌二醇组(治疗组)31例,62个周期。观察两组的排卵情况、子宫内膜厚度、形态、妊娠结局等。结果:治疗组与对照组在平均排卵天数、排卵前卵泡直径方面比较无统计学差异。治疗组子宫内膜厚度比对照组厚(P<0.05);A型子宫内膜治疗组例数明显多于对照组,治疗组戊酸雌二醇用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的周期排卵率、周期取消率比较无统计学差异;治疗组临床妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在PCOS患者的CC/HMG/HCG促排卵周期中运用补肾活血药可减少戊酸雌二醇的用量,提高子宫内膜容受性,提高临床妊娠率。Objective：To observe the effect of Bushenhuoxue Chinese medicine therapy on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome during ovarian induction cycle with clomiphene（CC）/human menopausal gonadotropin（HMG）/human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）.Methods：A total of 60 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） were randomly divided into two group： control group（29 patients treated with estradiol valerate,60 cycles） and treatment group（31 patients treated with Bushenhuoxue Chinese medicine combined with estradiol valerate,62 cycles）.The ovulation situations,thicknesses of endometrium,morphologies,and pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were observed.Results：There was no statistically significant difference in the mean time of ovulation and follicular diameter before ovulation between treatment group and control group.The thickness of endometrium in treatment group was statistically significantly thicker than that in control group（P0.05）;the number of patients with type A endometrium in treatment group was statistically significantly more than that in control group,the dose of estradiol valerate in treatment group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）;there was no statistically significant difference in cycle ovulation rate and cycle cancel rate between treatment group and control group;the clinical pregnancy rate in treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bushenhuoxue Chinese medicine therapy for the patients with PCOS during ovulation induction cycle with CC/HMG/HCG can reduce the dose of estradiol valerate,improve endometrial receptivity,and increase clinical pregnancy rate.
