生物反馈联合电刺激治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盆底生物反馈联合电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床效果。方法:应用法国PHENIX神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪,对轻度、中度SUI患者各30例进行生物反馈联合电刺激治疗,每周2次,12次为一疗程,以后每周至少行Kegel训练3次,坚持10周以上,观察疗程结束时及6个月的疗效,并填写国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷简表(ICI-a-SF)。结果:60例患者无一例失访,总满意率达86.7%。疗程结束时及6个月两组的ICI-a-SF评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),轻度组有效率高于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合电刺激治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效满意。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.Methods：PHENIX neuromuscular electrical stimulation machine（made in French） was applied,30 mild SUI patients and 30 moderate SUI patients were treated with biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation,twice a week,and one course of treatment included 12 times,and then the women received Kegel training for more than three times a week,the training lasted for more than 10 weeks,the curative effects when the treatment was finished immediately and at 6 months after treatment were observed,and then ICI-a-SF was filled out.Results：No one was lost to follow up,the total satisfaction rate was 86.7%.ICI-a-SF scores when the treatment was finished immediately and at 6 months after treatment were statistically significantly lower than that before treatment（P0.05）,the effective rate in mild SUI group was statistically significantly higher than that in moderate SUI group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation for treatment of female SUI is satisfactory.
