从两面针中提取总生物碱的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究两面针总生物碱的提取工艺。方法以总生物碱提取率为指标,正交设计优选两面针总生物碱的提取工艺。结果用体积分数60%乙醇-5g.L-1盐酸回流提取两面针药材粗粉3次,溶剂量分别为6,5和4倍,回流时间分别为1,0.5和0.5h,总生物碱提取率为94.7%。结论该工艺简便高效,为工业生产奠定了基础。Objective To find out a process to extract the total alkaloids from Zanthoxylum nitidum（Roxb.）DC.Methods The process to extract the total alkaloids was optimized by an orthogonal test with extracting efficacy of total alkaloids as indexes.Results The optimal process was reflux Zanthoxylum nitidum（Roxb.） DC.raw powder 3 times,1,0.5 and 0.5 h respectively,with 6 times,5 times and 4 times 60% ethanol-5 g·L-1 hydrochloric acid as the solvent.The extracting efficacy of total alkaloids was 94.7%.Conclusion The process is simple and efficient.The results could be used as the basis of industrial production.
