维血宁合剂的灭菌工艺研究

摘　　要：目的对维血宁合剂的灭菌工艺进行研究,并确定最佳灭菌工艺,改善外观性状,减少有效成分损失。方法以外观性状、pH值和成品中的有效成分大黄素、虎杖苷为指标,比较煮沸灭菌法和高温瞬时灭菌法。结果采用高温瞬时灭菌法灭菌的成品pH值下降较少,外观性状较好,有效成分含量较高。结论维血宁合剂的灭菌工艺采用高温瞬时灭菌法,可有效提高质量。Objective To improve the appearance characters and reduce the effective component loss of Weixuening Mixture（a kind of TCM preparation,WXN）,we studied the sterilization process of WXN and confirmed the optimum craft.Method With some indicators such as appearance characters,pH,effective components like emodin and polydatin,the methods of boiling sterilization and of high-temperature-instant-sterilization were compared.Result The method of high-temperature-instant-sterilization had a better performance than that of boiling sterilization in pH falling less,keeping appearance characters preferably and containing more effective component contents.Conclusion The quality of WXN can be improved effectively by high-temperature-instant-sterilization.
