药房合理库存管理之实践

摘　　要：目的提高药品账物相符率,合理请领药品,降低药房库存量,提高药品周转率,提升药品管理水平。方法应用ABC分类法对药品分级管理,计算库存金额、库存量上下限与周转率等技术参数,探寻控制药品合理库存的有效措施。结果账物相符率大幅提高,加快了领药速度,减少了缺药次数,减少了滞销药品库存。药房药品周转率明显提高,周转时间有效降低,库存金额有效降低,趋于合理。结论体现了药品ABC分类方法实施的优越性和合理库存管理的必要性,能优化成本管理,提高药品管理水平。Objective To improve the consistent rate between drugs and account and make a reasonable drug receiving to reduce pharmacy inventory levels.To improve medicines management and raise the turnover rate.Methods The effective measures to get a reasonable inventory were investigated by using the ABC classification,computing the amount of inventory and upper and lower limits and turnover rate.Results There was a substantial increase in the consistent rate between drugs and account and better speed of receiving drugs.The number of drugs lack was decreased.The turnover rate was improved significantly and the time of turnover was reduced effectively.The amount of inventory was lower and more reasonable.Conclusion It is necessary to make a good use of ABC classification and practise reasonable inventory management so that cost management can be optimized and medicines management could be improved.
