摘　　要：总结了应用现代敷料治疗26例犬咬伤患者开放伤口的经验。对患者局部伤口进行评估,根据伤口特点选择合适的敷料,保持创面清洁,通畅引流,对于伴有软组织撕脱伤的患者局部伤口可适当加压,促进愈合。本组26例伤口共102处,治疗时间12～28d,均恢复良好。This paper summarizes the experience of using modern bandage and dressing on open wounds caused by dog bites in 26 patients. After wound assessment,the right dressings were used. The other key points of nursing are keeping the wounds clean,maintaining drainage unobstructed,and appropriate pressure for wounds with soft tissue avulsion to promote wound healing. The 26 patients with multiple wounds had been treated for 12 to 28 days and recovered well.
