摘　　要：总结了9例先天性梨状窝瘘管手术患者的护理。主要护理措施包括:加强急性感染期局部护理,充分做好术前准备和心理支持,重视术后饮食及体位管理,严密观察病情,及早发现和处理出血、咽瘘、喉返神经或喉上神经损伤等并发症。本组患者疗效满意,无严重并发症发生,随访无复发。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 9 patients with congenital pyriform sinus fistula. The key points in nursing were local care of infections,careful preoperative preparations and psychological support,postoperative diet guidance and position management,close observation of the patients＇ condition,early detection and treatment of postoperative complica- tions such as hemorrhage,pharynx fistula,and damage of recurrent laryngeal nerve and laryngeal nerve. The outcomes of oper- ation were satisfactory without severe postoperative complications and recurrence in the follow-up.
