摘　　要：目的评价Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表在国内的适用性。方法使用汉化后Zelaya滋病歧视量表，对某高校1166名医学生进行测试，评价量表信度和效度。结果量表折半信度为0．931，内部一致性信度为0．794～0．905；重测信度均＞0．7。量表具有良好的内容效度、集合效度与区分效度，结构效度的累积方差贡献率为58．99％，提取的4个公因子与量表的结构假设一致。结论汉化的zelaya艾滋病歧视量表具有良好的信度和效度，可为该量表在国内人群中的使用提供线索。Objective To test the reliability and validity of Zelaya＇s HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale in a Chinese sample. Method The reliability and validity of Chinese version Zelaya＇s HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale were tested in a sample of 1166 medical college students. Results The split-half reliability of the scale was 0.931 ,the Cronbach＇s α coefficient of four subscales was ranged from 0.794 to 0.905,the test-retest reliability of four subscales were above 0.7. The scale had good content validity,convergent validity and discriminant validity. Four factors were extracted by a factor analysis,which explained 58.99% of the total variance and was in accordance with the original scale. Conclusion The Chinese version Zelaya＇s HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale is proved to be reliable and valid,which deserves to be Used in Chinese samples.
