摘　　要：目的探讨口内反光镜消毒的最佳方法。方法比较戊二醛浸泡消毒法、压力蒸汽灭菌法和机械清洗热力消毒法对口内反光镜的消毒效果和医生评价。结果 3种方法消毒后的反光镜菌落数均为0cfu/件,机械清洗热力消毒后的反光镜清晰度和医生评价满意度明显高于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论机械清洗热力消毒法是口内反光镜的最佳消毒方法。Objective To explore the optimal disinfection method for intraoral reflectors. Methods The disinfection outcomes and doctors＇ evaluations were compared among three disinfection methods for the intraoral reflectors： glutaraldehyde im- mersion,pressure steam sterilization,thermal disinfection with mechanical cleaning. Results No bacterial colony was found in the three groups after disinfection. Thermal disinfection with mechanical cleaning was significantly superior to the other two disinfection methods in the clarity and physician evaluations（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Thermal disinfection with mechanical clean- ing is the best disinfection method for intraoral reflectors.
