8种除草剂对拟水狼蛛和拟环纹豹蛛的毒性测定

摘　　要：拟水狼蛛Pirata subpiraticus和拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata是我国南方果园、稻田、菜地等农业生态系统中抑制害虫的重要天敌。采用浸渍法测定了8种化学除草剂对这两种狼蛛的毒性。结果表明,在供试除草剂中,灭草松的毒性最弱,对拟水狼蛛和拟环纹豹蛛的LC50值分别为30.187 5和31.662 7g/L;烯草酮、百草枯、精喹禾灵、异丙甲草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸、乙草胺等6种除草剂有较强的毒性,对拟水狼蛛的LC50依次为0.655 4、1.200 2、2.359 9、3.220 7、5.999 5和7.221 5g/L,对拟环纹豹蛛的LC50依次为0.250 6、1.530 4、0.620 2、5.111 8、1.039 3和4.181 8g/L;乙羧氟草醚的毒性最强,对拟水狼蛛和拟环纹豹蛛的LC50值分别为0.448 4和0.195 2g/L。Pirata subpiraticus and Pardosa pseudoannulata（Araneae： Lycosidae） are two most important natural enemies of pests in orchards,rice fields and vegetable fields in South China.The toxicity of eight herbicides to the two spiders,collected from orange orchards,was tested by dipping method.The results showed that Clethodim,Paraquat,Quizalofop-p-ethyl,Metolachlor,Fluroxypyr and Acetochlor were relatively more toxic,and the corresponding LC50 values were 0.655 4 g/L,1.200 2 g/L,2.359 9 g/L,3.220 7 g/L,5.999 5 g/L and 7.221 5 g/L for P.subpiraticus,and 0.250 6 g/L,1.530 4 g/L,0.620 2 g/L,5.111 8 g/L,1.039 3 g/L and 4.181 8 g/L for P.pseudoannulata,respectively.Fluoroglycofen had the highest toxicity to the two spiders,and the LC50 values for P.subpiraticus and P.pseudoannulata were 0.448 4 g/L and 0.195 2 g/L,respectively.Bentazone showed the lowest toxicity to the two spiders with respective LC50 values of 30.187 5 g/L and 31.662 7 g/L,respectively,for P.subpiraticus and P.pseudoannulata.
