摘 要:目的研究藿香正气水中甘草素、异甘草素、甘草苷、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚以及橙皮苷6种成分的解痉作用。方法在离体兔肠管上,观察不同浓度藿香正气水各成分对乙酰胆碱或磷酸组胺引起肠平滑肌收缩的影响。结果和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、异甘草素、甘草素对乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺引起兔离体肠管收缩均有抑制作用,且呈一定的量效关系;甘草苷对磷酸组胺引起兔离体肠管的收缩有抑制作用,呈一定的量效关系。结论和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、异甘草素、甘草素对兔离体肠平滑肌均具有抑制作用,其作用途径可能与阻断M胆碱受体和H1受体有关;甘草苷对兔离体肠平滑肌有抑制作用,其作用途径可能与阻断H1受体有关。Objective To study the effects of liquiritin, liquiritigenin, isoliquiritigenin, honokiol, magnolol and hesperidin in Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid on spasmolysis. Methods The samples of isolated rabbit ileum segment were prepared. The effects of hesperidin, liquiritin, liquiritigenin, isoliquiritigenin, honokiol and magnolol at various concentrations on the spontaneous contraction of isolated rabbit intestine induced by acetylcholine or histamine phosphate were studied. Results Honokiol, magnolol, isoliquiritigenin, and liquiritigenin had inhibitory effect on intestinal contraction induced by aeetylcholine and histamine phosphate, and liquiritin only had inhibitory effect on intestinal contraction induced by histamine phosphate, the effect being dose-dependent. Conclusion The inhibitive mechanism of honokiol, magnolol, isoliquiritigenin, and liquiritigenin liquiritin may be associated with the blockage of M cholinoceptor and H1 receptor, while the mechanism of liquiritin is probably related with the blockage of H1 receptor.
