摘 要:目的测定不同产地和来源的苦参药材中氧化苦参碱和苦参总黄酮的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测苦参中氧化苦参碱的含量,紫外分光光度法检测苦参中苦参总黄酮的含量。结果比较了10批不同产地和来源的苦参药材中氧化苦参碱和苦参总黄酮的含量,其中河南产苦参(批号:110613)氧化苦参碱含量最高,广西产苦参(批号:110930)中苦参总黄酮含量明显高于其他产地的苦参。结论不同产地和来源的苦参药材中有效成分的含量差异较大,在临床用药时应引起重视,在含苦参的复方制剂生产中应建立药材的检测标准。Objective To study the contents of oxymatrine and general flavone in Radix Sophorae from different habitats. Methods HPLC was used to dectect oxymatrine content and UV spectrophotometry method was applied to detect the content of general flavone in Radix Sophorae. Results Ten batches of Radix Sophorae from different habitats were detected, oxymatrin content in Radix Sophorae from Henan province(Batch No: 110613) was the highest, and general flavone content in Radix Sophorae from Guangxi province(Batch No: 110930) was significantly higher than the others. Conclusion Oxymatrine and general flavone contents vary greatly in Radix Sophorae from different habitats, and it is necessary to establish quality control standard for compound preparations of Radix Sophorae.
