丙硫氧嘧啶对大鼠高脂血症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丙硫氧嘧啶对大鼠高脂血症形成的影响方法 Wistar雄性大鼠30只,随机分为3组,配方1组(含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂)、配方2组(不含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂)和配方3组(单纯的丙硫氧嘧啶),每组10只,灌胃给药。于灌胃前及灌胃后10,20,30,40 d眼球后静脉丛取血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平的变化。结果与灌胃前比较,灌服10～40 d后,3种配方组大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均有不同程度地升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);丙硫氧嘧啶可以显著升高大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,作用强度低于含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂,高于不含丙硫氧嘧啶的高脂乳剂。结论单用丙硫氧嘧啶能造成大鼠高脂血症。Objective To study the effect of propyhhiouracil on the development of hyperlipemia in rats. Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups （ten rats in each group）. The rats in the three groups were given intragastrically high-lipid emulsions, high-lipid emulsions containing propyhhiouracil, propyhhiouracil, respectively. Blood was sampled from veniplex behind the bulbus oculi before administration, and on day 10, 20, 30 and 40 after administration. The changes of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） in the serum were monitored. Results Compared with those before administration, serum TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were increased significantly on day 10-40 after administration in the three groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Propyhhiouracil could increase the serum TC, TG, HDL- C and LDL-C levels obviously, the effect being inferior to that of high-lipid emulsions containing propyhhiouracil but being superior to that of high-lipid emulsions. Conclusion Application of propyhhiouracil alone can induce hyperlipidaemia in rats.
