摘  要:化工过程排放的部分废水中酚类的质量分数比较高,含酚废水是水体的重要污染物之一,对含酚废水进行脱酚处理,有利于保护环境和回收酚类物质。在模拟含酚废水情况下,对乳化液膜法脱酚进行了正交实验研究,乳化液膜体系为水/油/水型,内水相为氢氧化钠溶液,外水相为含酚水溶液,膜相为煤油。在最优实验条件下,苯酚的脱除率达到99.8%。Waste water discharged from some chemical process contains high concentration of phenols, which are one of the major hazardous pollutants in water. Removal of phenols from waste waler can re- cycle the phenols and protect environment. Orthogonal experiments of phenol removal by using emul- sion liquid membrane method were carried out on simulated phenol waste water. The emulsion liquid membrane method was W/O/W type,with NaOH solution as inner aqueous phase, simulated phcnol waste water as outer aqueous phase and kerosene as membrane phase. Under optimum conditions, phe nol removal rate can reach 99.8%.
