摘 要:采用ProII流程模拟软件对乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除过程进行模拟计算,并进行实验验证,模拟结果与验证实验结果相对误差小于6%,表明采用的数学模型可靠;系统地分析了理论板、n(乙腈)∶n(C5)和回流比等因素对乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除效果的影响,结合验证实验,得出了乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除过程适宜的工艺条件为:理论板130~135块,n(乙腈)∶n(C5)=4.8~5.2,回流比4~4.5。The removal mono:olefin of separating isoprene with acetonitrile was simulated and carried out verification test,and the relative error of simulations and experiments results were less than 6 %, which showed that mathematical model in the simulation is proved to be reliable. The effect of theoret- ical plate number, extractant ratio (mole ratio of acetonitrile and C5) and reflux ratio on removal mono-olefin of separating isoprene were systematically analyzed. Combined with verification test, the optimized technological parameters of removal mono-olefin of separating isoprene with acetonitrile were obtained, that is theoretical plate number 130 - 135, extractant mole ratio 4.8 - 5.2, and reflux ratio 444. 5.
