摘　　要：铁氧化菌(FeOM)是微生物学、地质学和环境工程学领域的一个重大发现,研究FeOM对认识铁素循环、丰富微生物学内容、开发铁生物氧化工艺以及探索原始地球环境和外星生命现象均有重要意义。本文拟就FeOM的类型、生境和富集培养方法方面的研究进展作一综述,以为本领域的深入研究提供借鉴。Fe（Ⅱ）-oxidizing microorganisms（FeOM） is one of important discoveries in microbiology,geology and environmental engineering.The study of FeOM is significant to make clear biogeochemistry of natural iron cycle,enrich microbiological content,develop new biotechnology for iron oxidation as well as to research on ancient earth environment and extraterrestrial life.Here the clarification,habitat and enrichment technique of FeOM were reviewed.
