摘  要:目的:建立乳香中3种乙酰乳香酸类成分的HPLC含量测定方法,为全面评价乳香药材质量提供依据。方法:采用HPLC方法测定,Diamonsil(钻石)C8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸(A:80:20;B:70∶30)为流动相;检测波长210nm,250nm;柱温35℃。结果:α-乙酰乳香酸、β-乙酰乳香酸、11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸分别在0.099~9.9μg(0.999 9)、0.097 6~9.76μg(0.999 9)、0.099 7~9.97μg(0.999 9)范围内呈线性,平均回收率分别为98.6%、101.9%、98.25%,RSD分别为1.38%、1.49%、1.86%(n=6);乳香药材供试品中3种乙酰乳香酸的百分含量分别在0.23%~2.41%、0.45%~4.27%、0.35%~5.27%范围。结论:本方法简便,稳定,可用于乙酰乳香酸类成分的定量分析。Objective:In order to provide scientific evidence for overall quality evaluation of Frankincense, a trial to de- velop HPLC method for quantitative Analysis of three Acetyl Boswellic Acids in Frankincense were carried out. Meth- ods:The HPLC method was performed on Diamonsil C8 column (250mm χ 4.6mm,51μm), with acetonitrile -0.1% phospholic acid( A:80: 20;B:70: 30) as the mobile phase;UV detection wavelength 210nm for ot and β -acetyl boswel- lie, 250nm for 11 -keto -β -acetyl boswellic acid;the column temperature was 35℃. Results:The liner ranges of a - aeetyl boswellic acid, 13 - acetyl boswellic acid and 11 - keto - 13 - acetyl boswellic acid were 0.099 - 9.9 μg (0. 9999), 0.0976 -9. 76μ g(0. 9999) and 0. 0997 -9.97μg(0. 9999) ; the average recoveries were 98.6%, 101.9% and 98. 25% , and RSD were 1.38% , 1.49% and 1.86% (n = 6) ; the content ranges of three boswellic acids in Boswellia cart- erii were 0. 23% -2.41% ,0.45% -4.27% and 0.35% -5.27% respectively. Conclusion:The method is proved to be convenient and reliable, so it can be used for quantitative analysis of acetyl boswelic acids.
