泄浊除痹方总皂苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定泄浊除痹方中总皂苷含量。方法:采用香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸比色法测定,检测波长456nm。结果:确定了香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色体系,优选出为60℃水浴加热15min,经测定泄浊除痹方总皂苷的含量为10.28%生药;方法学考察结果为吸光度与质量浓度的线性关系范围为0.042 6～0.298 2 mg/mL,r=0.999 6,平均加样回收率97.51%。结论:本文建立的泄浊除痹方总皂苷含量测定方法操作简便,具有较好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,可用于泄浊除痹方总皂苷的含量测定。Objective：To determine the contents of total saponins of the Xiezhuo Chubi decoction; Methods：The contents of total saponins was analyzed by UV spectrophotometry with 456nm ; Results ： In this study, we found the vanillin - ace- tic acid - perchloric acid system as the proper analyzing method of the total saponins in the Xiezhuo Chubi decoction, and the gross of total saponins in the Xiezhuo Chubi decoction was 10.28% ; methodology examination revealed that the rela- tionship between absorbency and mass concentration was linear, and the linear range is 0.042 6 - 0. 298 2mg/mL, r = 0. 999 6, recovery rate was 97.51% ;Conclusion： The method we found in this study is simple and fixable for the deter- mination of total saponins in the Xiezhuo Chubi decoction ; it can also be helpful for the quality control of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction.
