摘 要:目的:比较分析黄芩、黄连和黄柏干预热病证候的异同。方法:运用代谢组学技术,以2,4-二硝基苯酚复制的热病证候模型为载体,分别利用黄芩、黄连和黄柏对热病证候进行干预。结果:以热病证候的整体代谢和内源性生物标志物的变化为评价指标,黄芩、黄连和黄柏对表达上调(下调)的热病证候生物标志物的干预数量分别为30,28,21(14,6,3)个。结论:从干预热病证候生物标志物数量得出,黄芩干预作用最佳,黄连次之,黄柏最弱;从干预热病证候生物标志物种类上看,三药的干预作用各有异同。Objective : To make a comparative analysis of rhizoma coptidis, radix scutellariae, cortex phellodendri interven- tion with fever syndrome of similarities and differences. Methods : With the metabonomics technology, the fever syndrome models were interfered by radix scutellariae, cortex phellodendri and coptis chinensis franch, coping the fever syndrome models as the carrier. Results: With the overall metabolic syndrome, fever and endogenous biological markers for the change of the evaluation index, Radix scutellariae, Coptis chinensis franch, Cortex phellodendri over -active (cut) of the fever syndrome of biological markers were 30,28,21 intervention number (14,6,3). Conclusion: From intervention fe- ver syndrome biological markers number, radix scutellariae intervention has the best effect;coptis chinensis franch takes the second place and cortex phellodendri is the end; From intervention fever syndrome type biological markers,the inter- vention roles of the three drugs have their own similarities and differences.
