集群式产业链组织形态、治理模式及演化研究

摘　　要：首先分析了单链无核式、单链单核式和多链多核式集群式产业链组织结构及其特点,然后根据领导者差异,将集群式产业链治理模式划分为中小企业自治型、核心企业领导型、地方政府领导型、行业协会领导型和多元协作型五种典型类型,并进行对比分析;围绕群链组织、治理模式和主体行为三要素,重点建立了一个集群式产业链治理演化的理论分析框架,揭示群链治理模式演化的内在机理及其路径。This paper firstly analyses the structure and characteristics of the following three cluster industrial chain： single- chainseedless form, single-chain and single-seed form, multi-chain and multi-seed form. Then in the light of the leaders＇diversity, classify the cluster industrial governance pattern into five typical categories： the autonomous pattern of small- and medium-sized enterprise, the pattern of core enterprise dominance, the pattern of local government dominance, the pattern of industry association dominance, the pattern of diversified collaboration, and conduct a further comparatively analysis, it also closely involves three factors, i.e. cluster industrial structure, governance pattern and subject behavior, focusing on building a theoretical analyzing framework of cluster industrial chain＇s governance evolution, explores the internal mechanism and path of the group-chain governance pattern＇s evolution.
