妊娠相关可逆性后部白质脑病综合征

摘　　要：可逆性后部白质脑病综合征可发生在妊娠期和产褥期,可合并子痫前期-子痫,临床特点为头痛、抽搐、视力障碍、精神意识障碍等,影像学特征主要为大脑后部白质对称性T1低密度信号、T2高密度信号,及时诊断治疗大多病情可逆。RPLS may occur in pregnancy and delivered period,secondary to severe preeclampsia-eclampsia.The clinical manifestations of patients included headaches, seizures, visual abnormalities and loss of consciousness. The imaging features of RPLS are symmetrical hypointense on T1 weighted images, and hyperintense on T2 weighted images and Flair on the bilateral posterior white matters of cerebrum. The clinical setting and neuroradiologic alterations can restore completely by treatment promptly and effectively.
