2009年我国住院系统疾病统计及年龄分布

摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者系统疾病结构及相关因素影响,旨在为医院管理者决策提供服务,为医护工作者研究疾病的发展和防治提供资料。方法对2009年我国住院疾病分类资料进行整理、统计和分析。统计数据采用SPEL3.1统计软件处理。结果 2009年全国累计住院36799774人,按系统疾病排序,位于前10位的依次是循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒、妊娠分娩和产褥期情况、肿瘤、泌尿生殖系统疾病、影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素、传染病和寄生虫疾病、内分泌、营养和代谢疾病。位于前10位的系统疾病合计30727811人,占住院总数的83.5%。从疾病分类年龄别分析,15～44岁、45～59岁、60岁及以上3个年龄段的住院患者居多,共占住院患者疾病分类总数的87.30%。构成比中15～44岁年龄段所占比重最大,占总数的33.6%。结论通过对2009年全国住院疾病的构成分析,可以了解全国医院医疗服务各系统疾病的发病、死亡及构成年龄分布情况,为更有效地开展对疾病的研究和防治提供可靠准确的统计数据。Objective Rresearch the systemic disease structure and correlation factor＇s influence in the in- patients in the whole nation in 2009, to provide service for the manager of hospital,data for medical and nursing workers to research disease development ,prophylaxis and cure.Methods Sort, statistics,analyze the in-patients＇classified data of the whole nation in 2009,process the data with SPEL3.1 statistical soft.Results Accumulative 36799774 patients hospitalize in the nation in 2009,according to systemic disease sorting,circulatory disease, disease of respiratory, digestive system disease,lesion and intoxation,cyophoria childbearing and childbed,tumor, disease of genitourinary system, the factors affecting health status and contacting health care organizations,infection disease and parasite disease,internal secretion disease,nutrition and metabolic disease are located in the first tenth,they are added up 30727811,account for 83.5% in total in-patients.according the analyzing to disease-classified age,the in-patients inl5- 44,45- 59,60 and above account for more percentage, they account for 87.30% in all the disease-classified in-patients,the in-patients in ages 15- 44 account for most,33.6% in all the patients.Conclusion Analyzing the composition of disease in the national in-patients in 2009,can learn the distribution of morbility, fatality, age coposition of the systemic disease in all the nation＇s hospitals.provide reliable precise statistical data for researching, prophylaxising and curing disease.
