摘　　要：针对某办公楼平面属于哑铃型的不规则平面,根据规范的性能设计理念,运用SATWE及MADIS软件对此结构进行了性能化设计,针对此平面的特点,在细腰处设置剪力墙核心筒,可有效降低应力集中,保证水平剪力的有效传递,减轻震害。According to the irregular plane of the dumbbell-shaped in some office building plane, the paper adopts SATWE and MADIS software to undertake the performance design for the structure according to the performance design idea in the regulation, allocates the core tube of the shearing wall at the contracted loop according to the plane features, so as to lower the stress concentration effectively, ensure the sufficient trans- fer of the horizontal shearing, and relieve the seismic disasters.
