摘　　要：探讨李杲治疗内伤饮食用药特色。注重伤饮和伤食的不同。同时根据所伤饮食的寒凉温热特性和时节寒暑之不同,将平衡药性、结合时令之气作为选药组方原则;攻下导滞同时不忘健脾胃以顾护胃气。This paper studies Li Gao＇s empirical treatment for indigestion induced by improper beverage or food.The natures of the diets,the onset seasons,the balance among the natures of the herbs and the balance between the natures of the herbs and those of the seasons were taken into account when making a formula.Invigorating spleen and stomach should be applied when using purgation.
