复方佛耳草合剂联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方佛耳草合剂联合西医常规疗法治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法选取痰热郁肺型COPD急性加重期患者60例,随机分为治疗组29例和对照组31例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加服复方佛耳草合剂,疗程均为14天。观察治疗前后症状与体征积分及血清IL-8、IL-2、IFN-γ水平的变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.55%、74.19%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组咳嗽、咯痰、喘息评分治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标评分差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗前后组内比较,IL-2、IL-8及IFN-γ水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,IL-2、IL-8水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方佛耳草合剂配合常规西药治疗痰热郁肺型COPD急性加重,疗效确切,其机制可能与调节IL-8、IL-2水平有关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Foercao Mixture＂ and routine modality in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） of acute exacerbation of phlegm heat in lungs.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 31 cases were treated by routine modality and treatment group in which 29 cases were treated by routine modality and ＂Foercao Mixture＂,with a course of 14 days.The symptom scores,serum IL-8,IL-2 and IFN-γ were observed to assess the clinical efficacy.Results The overall effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 74.19% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P0.05）;there were striking differences in the scores of cough,expectoration and asthma between before and after treatment in both groups（P0.05） and between treatment and control groups after treatment（P0.05）.There were striking differences in the contents of IL-2,IL-8 and IFN-γ between before and after treatment in both groups（P0.05）,and significant differences in the contents of IL-2 and IL-8 between treatment and control groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Foercao Mixture＂ and routine modality is effective for COPD of acute exacerbation of phlegm heat in lungs by regulating the contents of IL-8 and IL-2.
