摘　　要：介绍了海峡两岸液晶电视机插头放电试验及被动待机功率检测的比对过程,对两岸液晶电视机的安全和能效检测标准要求及方法进行了阐述比较,比对结果通过计算比率值法归纳分析结论为满意,对检测中需注意的技术要点进行了总结,为海峡两岸在商品检测技术和检测标准领域的合作以及检测结果的互信互认奠定了良好基础。The comparison of mains plugs discharge and standby-passive power test technology for LCD TV between the Strait is introuduced in the article. The differences of safety standards and testing methods for LCD TV between the Strait, as well as energy efficiency standards and testing methods are described. And the comparison test results are analyzed by calculation. Some key points for main plug discharge and standby-passive power test technology are summarized. The comparison lays a good foundation for comprehensive cooperation in the realm of commodity inspection technology and standard, as well as in the realm of mutual recognition in inspection results.
