摘 要:提出了一种新颖的带开关电容网络的交错并联高增益Boost变换器,对其工作原理和特性进行了详细分析。变换器的拓扑在传统两相交错并联Boost变换器的基础上增加了一个二极管和两个电容,并进行改进,构成了开关电容网络。与传统两相交错并联Boost变换器相比,新拓扑不仅输入电流纹波减小,而且在相同的占空比下实现了更高的电压增益,开关器件的电压应力得以减小。因此,新拓扑非常适合应用于低压输入、高压输出的场合,如燃料电池、光伏发电等系统。最后,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。A novel interleaved high gain Boost converter with switched capacitor network is proposed in this paper. Operation principle and property of this converter are analyzed. Based on the traditional two phase interleaved Boost converter, a diode and two capacitors are added, and forms into a switched capacitor network. Compared with the traditional two phase interleaved Boost converter, the ripple of the input ripple current is still low, but the voltage gain is higher and the voltage stresses of the switches are reduced. Consequently, the new topology is very suitable for the application, such as the fuel cell power system and photovoltaic system, in which it has low input voltage but high output voltage. Finally, the experiment is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
