摘  要:以春小麦宁春4号为材料,采用随机区组设计,研究水氮互作对春小麦叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率的影响。结果表明:施氮可提高小麦功能叶的叶绿素含量、Pn、IWUE。干旱和丰水条件下,高氮处理的Pn、IWUE均大于其它氮素水平。3种氮素营养水平下,随着水分胁迫的加剧,小麦叶片叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、IWUE以及Pn均表现出增大趋势。小麦叶片IWUE与Pn呈线性正相关,与Tr、Gs呈线性负相关。Pn与IWUE之间的相关性因处理不同而异。A random block design experiment with three levels was conducted to explore the effect of water/nitrogen interaction on the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of spring wheat variety Ningchun 4. The results showed that Suitable nitrogen could evidently increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate. Under drought and good water conditions, the Pn, IWUE of high-nitrogen level was higher than the other nitrogen levels. Under the condition of three nitrogen levels, with the aggravated of water stress, the Chlorophyll content, carotenoid, IWUE and Pn demonstrated a trend of increasing. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly linear positive correlation between IWUE and Pn, but negative with Tr and Gs The relationship between Pn and Gs, IWUE were different in various treatments.
