摘 要:从陕西西安、杨凌两地采摘的大豆根瘤中分离出32株菌,采用形态学方法筛选出11株菌进行实验。对供试菌株进行了5种有机试剂的抗性筛选、5种病原真菌拮抗性筛选,得到YR3和YR6两株优势菌株,进行分子生物学鉴定。结果表明:菌株XR3,YR3,YR6,YR7对二甲苯、苯酚、丙酮、丙烯酰胺、氟磺胺草醚抗药性较强;YR3,YR6两株菌对病原真菌拮抗性较强,生理生化研究和16S rDNA鉴定最后确定,菌株YR3应为Rhizobium leguminosarum U29386,菌株YR6应为Sinorhizobium americanum AF506513。32 rhizobial strains were isolated from well-growth root nodule of soybean from Xi'an and Yangling in Shaanxi. 11 strains were chosen by morphologic method, then resistance test of the strains was made on 5 organic reagents to study the antagonistic property and the phylogeny of the strains. The result showed that XR3, YR3, YR6 and YR7 had good resistance on xylol, phenol, acetone, aerylamideon and fomesafen. And YR3 and YR6 were found to have stronger antagonistic acticity. Based on analysis of the physiological and chemotaxonomic characteristics and 16s rDNA sequence of the 2 strains, the YR3 strain was found to be Rhizobium Leguminosarum U29386, and YR6 strain to be Sinorhizobium Americanum AF506513.
