摘 要:应用CHA配制油菜杂交种比CMS、GMS快速、安全和高效。李殿荣等筛选研制的SX-1是一种优良的CHA,已成功应用于油菜化学杂交的诸多方面。通过对SX-1诱导技术、机械化喷洒制种技术以及配制和改良杂种的方法进行论述,认为"高油种质+化学诱导雄性不育"油菜杂优利用模式将高油和杂优有效结合起来,可促进油菜杂优育种的较大发展。The study indicated that using CHA to breed rapeseed hybrids is faster and safer and more efficient than CMS and GMS. SX-1 which was screened by authors is an excellent CHA,and have been utilized successfully in rapeseed breeding. The inducing technology of SX-1 and the producing hybrids technology through mechanized spraying SX-1 and the ways to breed and improve hybrids, all these will provide important science value for study and utilization CHA. The authors suggested that the heterosis utilization model of high-oil-content rapeseed germplasms combining with chemical hybrid- ization agents to induce male sterility is an effective combination of two advanced technologies, it will promote science progress of rapeseed breeding greatly, and cause certainly the technology revolution of heterosis utilization in rapeseed.
