摘  要:以长江南京段原水为研究对象,利用中试研究了超滤与粉末活性炭(PAC)的组合工艺对长江原水的处理效能,并进行了相应的工艺优化。结果表明,与粉末活性炭工艺组合可明显强化超滤工艺对有机物的去除效果,尤其是对微量有机物的去除效果。当粉末活性炭(200目)投加量为12 mg/L、吸附时间为0.5 h、过膜通量为75 L/(m2.h)时,对UV254、CODMn、DOC、阿特拉津、磺胺嘧啶的去除率分别为22.0%、28.2%、18.2%、92%、76%;组合工艺对出水的浊度和颗粒物具有较好的控制效果,出水浊度稳定在0.05 NTU左右、粒径≥2μm的颗粒物数量稳定在20个/mL以内。因此,该组合工艺可以满足长江原水的处理要求。The pilot-scale experiment studied the performance of powdered activated carbon and ultrafiltration (PAC/UF) combined process in treating the raw water from Nanjing section of Yangtze Riv- er. In addition, the operation parameters of the combined process were optimized. The results showed that PAC/UF process could enhance the removal of organic matter, especially trace organics. When the dosage of PAC (200 meshes) was 12 rag/L, the adsorption time was O. 5 h, and the flux was 75 L/(m2 ~ h) , the removal rates of UV254, CODMn, DOG, atrazine and sulfadiazine were 22.0% , 28.2% , 18.2%, 92% and 76% respectively. PAC/UF process could control turbidity and particles effectively. The effluent turbidity was about 0.05 NTU, and the amount of particles with a size equal to or greater than 2 p,m was less than 20 p/mL. So PAC/UF process can satisfy the basic treatment requirements for Yangtze River raw water.
