摘 要:在阐述等压式能量回收装置工作原理的基础上,建立了相应反渗透淡化系统的数学模型,提出了能量回收装置参数及系统参数的计算方法,明晰了各主要参数间的数学关系,并以1 000 m3/d的反渗透海水淡化系统进行了计算验证。结果表明,1 000 m3/d反渗透海水淡化系统所用等压式能量回收装置的有效能量回收效率为93.0%,与该种产品的实际运行性能比较接近;总产水电耗为3.01 kW.h/m3,与现有1 000 m3/d反渗透海水淡化系统的技术应用水平基本一致。Based on the work principle of isobaric energy recovery device, a related mathematical model of reverse osmosis desalination system was developed. Methods for calculating the parameters of the energy recovery devices and the reverse osmosis desalination system were proposed. The mathematical re- lationship among different parameters was illustrated clearly. Furthermore, the model was verified via a 1 000 ma/d seawater reverse osmosis desalination system. The results showed that the effective energy re- covery efficiency of isobaric energy recovery devices used in the 1 000 m3/d system was 93.0% , which was relatively closed to the actual operational performance of the product. The total electricity consump- tion for water production was 3.01 kW · h/m3 , which was basically at the same level as that of existing 1 000 ma/d seawater reverse osmosis desalination systems.
