摘 要:采用高级氧化脱色工艺在广东某废水处理厂进行中试,考察该工艺在设计参数下深度脱色处理印染废水的效果。结果表明,深度处理后出水水质稳定,脱色效果明显,出水平均色度为36倍,去除率达到72.13%,COD等各项出水指标完全达到且优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。与其他工艺相比,该工艺对印染废水的深度脱色效果明显,且设备简易、改造方便、成本低廉。A pilot-scale study on the decoloration treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater utili- zing the advanced oxidation process was carried out in a wastewater treatment plant in Guangdong Prov- ince, and the treatment effect under design parameters was investigated. The experiments showed that the effluent quality was stable, and the deeoloration effect was very positive. The average effluent color was 36 times, the degradation rate was 72.13%, and the effluent indices such as COD concentration could meet and even surpass the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). Compared with other process technologies, the process is better in decoloration treat- ment of printing and dyeing wastewater. Also, technical improvements on the process are convenient and cheap because of its simplicity.
