摘　　要：目的探讨滴虫性阴道炎发病因素及护理对策。方法对1 900例患者进行阴道分泌物涂片检查,并对滴虫性阴道炎阳性者行详细的问卷调查。结果 1 900例患者中有180例滴虫性阴道炎患者。结论滴虫性阴道炎的发病与月经时间、年龄、职业、文化程度、不良生活习惯等因素有关,通过正确的护理是可以预防的。Objective To discuss the risk factors and nursing strategy of trichomonasvaginitis. Methods 1900 cases were performed vaginal secretion smear detection, and positive cases of trichomonas vaginitis underwent detailed questionnaires. Results 180 cases had trichomonas vaginitis among 1 900 patients. Conclusion Trichomonas vaginitis correlated with the time of menstruation, age, occupation, education, bad habits and other factors ; it can be prevented by proper care.
