摘 要:为得到高纯碱式碳酸镍,以电解镍新液为镍源,工业碳酸钠为沉淀剂,开展了连续反应工艺合成碱式碳酸镍的研究,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)和x射线衍射仪(XRD)对产品的形貌和结构分别进行了表征。试验结果表明,在镍离子质量浓度50g/L、反应温度55℃、pH值8.30、沉淀剂Na2CO3质量浓度120g/L、停留时间25-30h以及搅拌速度500r/min的条件下进行合成反应,可得到一种类球形、致密且表面光滑的高纯碱式碳酸镍产品。In order to obtain high purity basic nickel carbonate, the continuous reaction process for the preparation of basic nickel carbonate was studied with the electrolytic nickel sOlution as nickel source and the industrial sodium carbonate as precipitant. The morphology and crystalline phase of the prepared basic nickel carbonate were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) respectively. The results indicate that a kind of high purity dense basic nickel carbonate powder with smooth surface and spherical shape can be prepared under the following conditions: nickel ion concentration = 50 g/L, reaction temperature = 55℃, pH value = 8.30, sodium carbonate concentration = 120 g/L, residence time = 25-30 h, and stirring soeed = 500 r/min.
