摘　　要：高校体育场馆向社会开放是构建完善的全民健身服务体系的需要,是提高国有资产投资效益的需要,也是建设和谐社区、发展社区体育的需要。高校体育场馆服务大众,向社会有偿开放已是大势所趋。各级政府要制定指导性和扶持性政策,引导学校场馆向社会开放,要允许学校合理收费,采取激励性政策,鼓励开放。It is needed for constructing a perfect national fitness service system to open university sports fields and stadiums for society,is needed for improving the investment effects of national capital and needed for constructing harmonious communities and developing community sports.It is a trend to open the sports fields and stadiums with compensation for society and serve people.All level governments need to form directive and supporting policies to lead the opening of university stadiums and sports fields and allow university administratives to charge some fees.
