摘　　要：通过对2010年篮球规则修订部分限制区、三分投篮区、24秒进攻时间、前场掷球入界、合理冲撞区等重大修订条款的分析与研究,得出FIBA2010年新规则更接近NBA规则,更加公平、合理、人性化;将使身体接触将更加频繁,对抗越来越激烈,队员和观众更富激情,比赛的观赏性更高,更能发挥教练员的智慧和开发运动员的潜能;将使教练员和运动员对比赛有较高的阅读能力和理解能力,将更加注重篮球智商的培养等结论。文章旨在为教练员、裁判员和运动员提供一定的参考。The Implementation of new basketball rules of FIBA（International Basketball Federation） in 2010 with major revision on ＂Restricted area＂,＂three-point shot area＂,＂24-second time＂,＂front throw-in＂,＂ a reasonable collision zone＂and so on,the rule is closer to NBA,FIBA rules and NBA rules reflect the further unification.Basketball rules are more fair,reasonable,humane,rule changes make the game more passionate,more intense physical confrontation,more ornamental,basketball games fairness,athletic improvement,and it can bring the wisdom of coaches and development of athletes potential,basketball and more attractive.
