陕西省国家级贫困县中学实施《国家学生体质健康标准》的现状

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法及数理统计法,了解陕西省国家级贫困县中学实施《国家学生体质健康标准(以下简称《标准》)》的现状,发现陕西省国家级贫困县半数中学没有组织召开实施《标准》专门会议及培训,测试器材靠学校自己解决,且随机确定测试项目及测试时间。五种《标准》测试仪器测试率在89.9%-33.5%之间等结论,并指出陕西省国家级贫困县贯彻实施《标准》不理想,经济发展水平是制约实施《标准》乃至体育教育事业发展的主要客观因素。With the methods of literature, questionnaire, field trips, and mathematical statistics, the paper does the survey on the implementation status of ＂The National Student Physical Health Standards ＂in the Secondary schools of the National poor counties in Shaanxi Province. The study finds that the half of all high schools held no organizations axed implement the ＂standard＂ special conference and training, testing equipment depending on the school to solve, and random sure test items and test time in the national counties of Shaanxi province. Testing rate is at between 89.9%-33. 5% about five kinds of standards in the test equipment （ Height standard accounting weight, Vital capacity meter, Steps tester, seat bowed before body, Grip weight instrument ）The implementation of the ＂standard ＂is not ideal in the national implementation of Shaanxi province, economic development level is the objective factors that restrict the implementation of＂the standards＂ and even sports education career.
