制约山西省排球裁判员发展的因素分析

摘　　要：文章采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对制约山西省排球裁判员发展因素的情况进行调查研究。结果显示:年龄结构相对比较合理,但缺少女裁判员;学历以本科为主;影响山西裁判员发展的主要因素有执裁大型比赛机会偏少、在后备力量培养上有所欠缺、相关的培训机会少、领导的重视度不高。With the methods of questionnaire and statistics, the paper does the investigation and analysis of the constraints of Shanxi volleyball referees development. The results shows that： age structure is relatively reasonable, but lack of female referees; mainly undergraduate degree referees; the main factors to influence the development of Shanxi referees including judging opportunities for big games are less than normal, inadequate training of reserve forces, less related training opportunities, less attentions from the leadership.
