新农村建设背景下辽宁省农村群众体育发展存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、综合分析法等方法,根据辽宁省农村体育发展所存在的问题,从政府管理支持、体育硬件设施以及体育"软件"建设三方面进行阐述,旨在为改善农村群众体育的现状,推动新农村建设提供一些有价值的指导意见。With the methods of literature and analysis,the paper does the study of the problems in the development of rural sports in Liaoning Province,and government support,sports hardware facilities and Sports ＂software＂ are described in the study,aims to improve the current situations of rural sports,provide some valuable guidance to promote the new rural construction.
