体育教育专业教育实习遇到的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：教育实习就是把学生所学的专业知识和基本技能综合运用到体育教学实践中的一个过程,是用来培养学生独立从事体育教育和教学工作能力的一条有效途径,是学生走向教师岗位之前的预演以及引导学生向教师过渡、实施角色转换的一个重要过程。为了提高教学实习的质量,培养优秀教师后备人才,文章通过阅读相关文献对体育实习存在的问题进行研究,并制定了有效的对策,旨在使学校体育实习走向一条科学化、规范化、制度化的轨迹。Educational practice is the process of the professional knowledge and basic skills students learned being applied into sports teaching practice, is an effective way for students engaging in physical education and teaching ability to work independently, is a rehearsal before the students towards teachers＇ jobs and guide students to transit to the teachers, the implementation of an important process of role reversal. In order to improve the quality of teaching practice, training outstanding reserve talents, the paper with the method of literature does the study of the problems in sports education practice, and then develops some effective countermeasures. The study tries to help school sports education practice towards a more scientific, standardized and institutionalized track.
