新乡市高校女教师体育锻炼行为特征调查与研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对新乡市高校女教师体育锻炼行为特征进行了调查与研究。结果表明,目前,新乡市高校女教师的体育人口数量偏低;参加体育锻炼具有很强的随意性;运动项目的选择以个人项目及与家庭成员共同参加的徒手运动项目为主,兼顾娱乐与健身,运动强度平和;体育活动空间选择以方便、就近为原则、以免费的单位与社区公共健身场地设施为主要活动场所,到收费场馆的女教师较少;参加体育锻炼的主要形式以个人锻炼、与家人一起锻炼以及与朋友同事一起锻炼为主,多属自发行为,缺乏有规划的组织与管理。With the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and investigation and statistics, the paper does the survey and research of female teachers＇ physical exercise behavior characteristics in Xinxiang University. The results indicate that the population of female teachers in the university is lower; their physical exercises have strong arbitrary; their choice of athletic projects mainly individual projects and with family members to join in the unarmed sports, giving priority to the entertainment and fitness, athletic strength gentle; sports activity space choice has the principle of convenience, nearby principle, units and the community public fitness facilities for main activity place; there are less female teachers going to charge venues; the main forms of their physical exercises include personal exercise, together with family and friends and colleagues, most are spontaneous behavior, lack of planning of the organization and management.
