摘　　要：中国建设与其国际地位相称、与国家安全和发展利益相适应的巩固国防和强大军队，是实施和平发展战略的重要组成部分。中国坚定不移地走和平发展道路，但绝不以牺牲国家核心利益为代价。战争是行使国家主权，维护领土完整、利益和尊严，排除和平发展障碍不得已采取的最后手段。China＇s national defense and military construction, which is parallel to its international status, national security and development interests, is an important part of implementation of peaceful development strategy. China sticks to the path of peaceful development, never at the expense of the national core interests. War is the last resort to exercise national sovereignty, to maintain territorial integrity, interests and dignity, and to eliminate obstacles of peaceful development.
